At 365 we began the new year with, what we believe, was a message from God for us as part of the Body. The message was taken from the account of Jesus turning the water into wine in John 2. According to scripture, six (the number of man) stone vessels (also a picture of man) were filled with water (symbolizing the Word of God/truth). From these filled vessels, something supernatural was drawn out which was pleasing to the governor of the feast (a picture of God), which made the bridegroom (Jesus) look good, and was a blessing to the people attending the feast (the community/world).
This message has become the vision for 365 in 2011. We aspire to be Followers of Christ who are filled with the truth of God’s Word, and available to be drawn out of for the furtherance of the Kingdom and for the world around us. We recognize that the filling process comes through the disciplined, methodical process of daily involvement in the study of the Word of God and communication with Him. This is not supernatural, however, we believe that the Holy Spirit’s job is to take the truth (water/natural) that we are putting in us daily and change it into revelation (supernatural). Thus allowing what is drawn out of us to be life changing to the world in which we live.
If this agees with you, I invite you to join us. Meeting times and locations will be posted on The365Church.com weekly.
